Natura is the first cosmetic company that offers sponsored data for consumers and consultants in its mobiles app’s.
The latest versions of apps Natura, Consultoria Natura e PagNatura, can be used without consumption of the user data package at carriers Tim, Vivo, Claro and Oi, as part of a pilot project of the company, for a fixed time.
"Our goal is to support the digitalization of direct sales and offers tools that facilitate from the activity of the consultant to the purchases made by the client”, explains Agenor Leão, vice-president of Digital Technology at Natura.
Available on the platforms Android and iOS, the Consultoria Natura app brings the main features to guide the activity of consultants, such as access to product catalogs, virtual training and sales support tools. By the app, it is also possible to order the products of Natura and to organize the sales to customers. The PagNatura app is used to receive payments through debit and credit cards. Through the Natura app, the shopper can buy branded products, find the nearest consultant, have access to exclusive promotions and special content using the augmented reality tool.

Leader in the direct sales sector in Brazil, it registered R $ 7.9 billion in net revenue in 2016, has more than 7,000 employees, 1.8 million consultancies and operations in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia and France. Natura brand products can be purchased with Natura consultants, through Rede Natura red.natura.net, through the Natura app or in the stores in the malls Morumbi, Villa Lobos, Pátio Paulista, Eldorado and Anália Franco in São Paulo.
